World Youth Day is a gathering of millions of Catholic young people from all around the world that happens every 3-4 years. The event is presided over by the Pope. While it is called World Youth Day, it involves about a week of events, catechesis, and celebration of the Gospel. Some of the key events are the Opening Mass, Papal Welcome, Youth Festival, Stations of the Cross, overnight vigil, and closing Papal Mass.
Our trip will also include visits to a few notable Catholic pilgrimage sites and cultural sites.
For our group, you must be at least 16 years old by July 29, 2027 to go on the trip without a parent or legal guardian. World Youth Day is intended mainly for young adults, so the standard age range we will be taking is 16-35.
Those under 16 may come if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who will be responsible for their child at all times during the trip.
Teens age 16-17 will be chaperoned at all times. Adults 18+ will be responsible for themselves
